A finely handwoven carpet from northwest Iran, inspired by Arts and Crafts designs associated with Charles Francis Annesley Voysey and the broader British–Irish design tradition of the late 19th to early 20th century (c. 1880–1920).

The composition features an all-over arrangement of stylized floral motifs connected by sinuous, rhythmic stems—hallmarks of Voysey’s design language, emphasizing clarity, balance, and natural forms. The field is enclosed by an elegant border of scrolling vegetal forms, reinforcing the unity between central design and framing elements—an essential principle of Arts and Crafts design.

Woven using hand-spun wool and natural dyes, this carpet represents a refined revival piece that successfully combines:
With its harmonious palette and timeless design, this carpet is a perfect piece for both traditional and modern interiors, offering versatility alongside artistic and historical depth.
